Job Description

This company located in Westborough Massachusetts, invents, develops, and designs transformational automation solutions that power the global fulfillment network. We are building the next generation of mobile robotic systems, AI driven solutions, and manipulation technology, while continuously optimizing our massive global fleet. As a team of elite engineers and creators, we build technologies that make inventory management, picking, and sorting safer and more efficient. We are looking someone who is an experienced BI Data Engineer. You will act as the technical anchor for the team's analytics infrastructure, building scalable dashboards, defining new metrics, and ensuring long term data quality and pipeline reliability as the robotics fleet grows. Not only would you get immense experience working with this company, but it's also a company that delivers value with their elite robotics technologies because they listen, respond, and invest in the people and products. Required Skills & Experience BI ownership and experience - Lead end to end design and deployment of analytics products. Establish team wide SOPs for dashboard health, including version control, automated data validation, depreciation strategies, and access controls. Cross functional synergy with Data Scientists, Des, and product managers. Applied Machine Statistics, run foundational statistical deep dives to audit robot efficiency and system health. Be able to write high impact whitepapers and analytical deep dives that guide leadership on future design and roadmap decisions. Desired Skills & Experience SQL & Data Modeling Experience with data visualization and reporting systems. (AWS QuickSight, Tableau, etc) Experience identifying new data sources and building basic ETL pipelines.
