Test Lead Data Engineering (Snowflake & DBT)

Key Responsibilities Lead and own end-to-end data testing strategy for Snowflake-based data platforms Design and implement test plans, test cases, and test automation frameworks for data pipelines Validate ETL/ELT workflows , data transformations, and business rules using DBT Perform data reconciliation and validation between source and target systems Ensure data quality, completeness, and consistency across systems Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand requirements Drive test automation using

SQL, DBT

tests, and other modern tools Identify, track, and resolve data defects and inconsistencies Lead test execution, reporting, and defect management Mentor and guide junior testers and offshore teams Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of experience in Data Testing / ETL Testing / Data QA Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake Solid experience with DBT (Data Build Tool) for transformation testing Expertise in SQL and complex query validation Experience in data warehousing concepts (Star/Snowflake schema) Strong understanding of ETL/ELT pipelines and data validation techniques Experience with test automation frameworks for data validation Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
