g., Oracle) to CockroachDB Monitor database health and resolve performance bottlenecks and failures Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies Develop and maintain ETL jobs using IBM DataStage for data extraction, transformation, and loading Design data integration workflows to support business and analytics requirements Optimize DataStage job performance and scheduling Handle data ingestion from multiple sources into target systems Perform data validation, transformation, and quality checks Troubleshoot ETL failures and ensure data pipeline reliability Manage and support Oracle database environments Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and PL/SQL scripts Perform database performance tuning, indexing, and query optimization Support data modeling and schema design
