Serve as a Geospatial Engineer Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the JC3-Functional Defeat (FD) Branch, responsible for the development of virtual and physics-based 3D models to support mission planning and minimizing collateral damage effects. You will be responsible for reviewing multiple intelligence sources to recreate surface and sub-surface structures in a virtual environment, which will be used as a part of larger 3D representations, or to calculate and predict blast effects. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional results, and we're looking for a highly skilled and experienced SME to join our team. What You Will Be Doing As a Geospatial Engineer, this position will be responsible for: Recreating real-world structures in a high-fidelity virtual environment to support mission planning and collateral effects assessments. Utilizing imagery analysis skills to determine the construction and design of surface and sub-surface structures. Utilizing GIS skills to transform vector and raster data into desired formats, combining them into larger datasets, and presenting them in a 3D environment. Collaborating with cross-function teams to develop plans and products.
