This is a direct hire opportunity supporting the manufacturing of advanced 3D wovenposite engineponents. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining data systems that support production operations while driving digital transformation initiatives across theanization. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams both locally and internationally to develop innovative data solutions.

Salary:
$90,000 - $110,000 annually
Responsibilities Include:
  • Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end data pipelines for ingesting, processing, and transforming large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
  • Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate data from multiple sources.
  • Design and maintain data models, schemas, and database structures to support analytical and operational needs.
  • Optimize data storage and retrieval mechanisms to improve system performance and scalability.
  • Evaluate and implement data storage solutions including relational databases, NoSQL databases, data lakes, and cloud-based platforms.
  • Build and maintain integrations with internal systems, external data sources, and APIs.
  • Develop RESTful APIs and web services to support data access and consumption.
  • Configure and manage data infrastructure including databases, data warehouses, and distributedputing environments.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to ensure reliability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions.
  • Create technical documentation, workflows, and best practices to support knowledge sharing.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
  • Partner with international teams tomunicate project updates and process improvements.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders as needed.
Qualifications Include:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data engineering, software development, or a related technical role.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, Scala, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of database systems, data modeling techniques, and SQL.
  • Experience with ETL tools and data integration technologies.
  • Familiarity with big data technologies and frameworks.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or similar environments.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Stronganizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbalmunication skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across departments and global teams.
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 25% as needed. Physical & Work Environment
  • Manufacturing environment requiring abination of sitting, walking, and occasional reaching.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds as needed.
  • Required use of safety footwear and protective eyewear while in manufacturing areas.
  • Exposure to a manufacturing setting while supporting production-focused data systems and initiatives.

Pay Details:
