Data Engineer with DB2 New York, NY- Hybrid 12 months contract DB2 database expertise and DB2 development experience not a DB2 maintenance person (8+ years) Ability to think through issues like a DBA Deep experience in SQL performance tuning experience on DB2 (6+ years) Understanding, developing and refactoring stored procedures on DB2 to DB2 SQL (6+ years) Identifying stored procedures that can be extracted and programmed in Scala or a similar programming language (4+ years) Exposure and hands-on understanding of Snowflake warehouses and Snowflake SQL tuning (2+ years) Scala development to re-write existing Stored Procedures in Scala (4+ years)
