The Opportunity Join a rapidly scaling, mission-driven technology company operating at the intersection of software, AI, and complex real-world systems. This is a high-impact role focused on building data-driven systems that power operations, not just measure them-working across large-scale, high-complexity environments such as manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and product performance. What You'll Do Design and build scalable data models, pipelines, and production-grade systems Develop real-time and near real-time monitoring solutions for system and operational performance Translate ambiguous business challenges into structured, automated data workflows Build systems that improve efficiency across operations, planning, and production environments Partner cross-functionally to shape how teams make decisions and run processes Own projects end-to-end from problem definition through implementation and measurable impact Continuously iterate to improve system performance, reliability, and scalability What We're Looking For 6+ years of experience in data-focused roles (analytics engineering, data engineering, or similar) Strong SQL and Python fundamentals Solid foundation in data modeling (dimensional, relational, or entity-based) Experience building and maintaining production data pipelines and systems Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments Proven ability to own problems and deliver business impact Nice to
Have:
