This position is ideal for a senior data engineering leader who can guide teams, deliver complex solutions, and stay handson when needed. The Data Management Lead will guide a team of data engineers while driving the delivery of scalable, highquality data solutions. This leader will oversee people management, ensure successful technical delivery, and remain handson with engineering work when needed. The role requires a proactive problem solver who can navigate challenges, mentor team members, and consistently deliver results in a fastpaced environment. Position Description Lead and mentor data engineering team members, ensuring strong performance and collaboration Oversee technical delivery across multiple initiatives, ensuring quality, timelines, and stakeholder alignment Drive solution design and problemsolving for complex data engineering challenges Contribute handson to data engineering work, including building pipelines and supporting cloudbased architectures Partner with crossfunctional teams to translate business needs into scalable data solutions Required Skills 10+ years of recent, handson Data Engineering experience Extensive hands-on experience with Databricks (ideally 5+ years) Extensive hands-on experience with Azure Cloud (ideally 5+ years) 4+ years in a Lead role, including managing people, delivering projects, resolving challenges, and driving teams to successful outcomes Very strong communication skills and problem solving skills Strong ability to identify solutions, navigate ambiguity, and maintain delivery momentum Bonus Skills Healthcare experience highly preferred, supporting enterprise environments or consulting engagements Key Responsibilities & Skills Data Engineering Team Leadership Hands-on Data Engineering Databricks Expertise Azure Cloud Expertise Scalable Data Pipeline Development Complex Data Solution Design Stakeholder Alignment & Communication Cross-functional Collaboration Problem Solving & Ambiguity Navigation 10+ Years Data Engineering Experience 4+ Years Lead Role Experience Technical Skills Azure Cloud / Azure Data Factory / Azure Synapse Databricks / Spark SQL / Python (Preferred)
