- The Analytics Engineer will play a key role in developing and maintaining internal reporting solutions that deliver insights into portfolio performance, product development, and other internal business processes.
- Responsibilities
- + Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and semantic models that support business decision‑making + Support and refine existing Power BI reports and semantic models + Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications for reporting and analytics solutions + Perform data modeling to support performant, scalable analytics and reporting use cases + Build and maintain ELT/ETL workflows in collaboration with engineering and platform teams + Validate data accuracy and completeness through testing, reconciliation, and proactive issue resolution + Partner with product, finance, and operations stakeholders to refine metrics, definitions, and reporting logic + Contribute to data architecture discussions and follow established standards and best practices + Support continuous improvement of analytics tooling, documentation, and reporting processes + Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies across dashboards, pipelines, and source systems •Qualifications•+ 3-5 years of experience in analytics engineering, business intelligence, or a related data role + Proficiency in Power BI and data modeling (including Power Query).
