Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Azure Data Engineer with 12+ years of expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining cloud-based data engineering solutions on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Azure data services, big data technologies, modern data warehousing platforms, and CI/CD practices. Experience within the airline industry is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-based data pipelines on Microsoft Azure. Build and optimize data lake and data warehouse solutions using Azure technologies. Develop and manage ETL/ELT processes using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Databricks. Implement data transformation and processing solutions using PySpark and Python. Design and optimize Snowflake-based data warehousing solutions. Develop and maintain DBT models for analytics and reporting workloads. Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and translate data requirements. Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices for data engineering projects. Manage Azure Data Lake and Blob Storage environments. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data pipeline performance and reliability. Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance standards are met. Support enterprise-scale data integration and modernization initiatives.
