Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to contribute to the design and delivery of scalable, high-performance data solutions in an enterprise environment. Our team focuses on building, supporting, and optimizing modern ELT data pipelines to ensure the reliability and integrity of critical business data across complex distributed systems.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop scalable, high-performance ELT data pipelines using Informatica and other modern data integration platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, scrum masters, and developers to establish backlog and deliver enterprise-grade data solutions. Perform production support for mission-critical data platforms, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of batch and near real-time pipelines. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through strong data modeling and implementation of reconciliation frameworks.
Required:
Proven experience designing and implementing ELT pipelines with Informatica (PowerCenter / IDMC) in complex enterprise environments. Strong expertise in SQL, data transformation techniques, performance tuning, and query optimization. Hands-on experience with data platforms including RDBMS, cloud data warehouses, and big data ecosystems, as well as data orchestration tools such as Airflow or similar. Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, version control for ETL/ELT deployments, and exposure to data quality validation, reconciliation, and audit frameworks.
