Data Engineer Description:

Responsible for the analysis, design, development, and delivery of data products, business intelligence reporting, and data analytics for Financials, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Sales & Service departments.

Duties include:

• Perform dimensional modeling of operational data sets from multiple enterprise business systems such as Oracle Fusion and Salesforce, Workday Adapative, Oracle Agile.
• Conduct SQL and Data Engineering analysis, design, development, and delivery of data products, BI reporting, and data analytics for Financials, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Sales and Service using Tableau, Informatica, SQL Server, AWS services and other data tools and languages.
• Perform data engineering analysis including development, data wrangling, pipeline build, and UX design.
• Build, perform quality assurance checks, and test interactive dashboards and data visualizations to promote ease of data consumption and empower faster data-driven decision-making.
• Work with end users and key stakeholders to identify data requirements, document reporting use cases, and define user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Administer Tableau Server environment including development and maintenance of technical documentation and administrative procedures for license management, SSO, Sites, data sources and data connections, and create and manage groups, workbooks, and projects.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or closely related field followed by 5 years of experience performing business and systems analysis. Experience must include the following, which may be gained concurrently: 1) 5 years of experience utilizing ERP, CRM, and SFDC and systems including Oracle 11i, Oracle 12g, or Salesforce. 2) 5 years of data preparation and data modeling experience using SQL, SSIS, Informatica, Python, and Power shell scripting. 3) 5 years of experience using database relational/data warehouse technologies such as SQL Server and Oracle to design and manage scalable data models. 4) 5 years of experience managing multiple projects using project management tools such as Jira, ITSM, and Microsoft Teams. 5) 4 years of Tableau Administration experience including developing and maintaining technical documentation and administrative procedures for license management, SSO, Sites, data sources, and data connections, and creating and managing groups, workbooks, and projects. 6) 3 years of experience using AWS technologies such as S3.
