Job Description:
This is a remote position; however, candidates must reside in one of the following states: Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, Kansas, Ohio, Georgia, Kentucky, Florida, Idaho, Minnesota, Tennessee, Wisconsin, Colorado, South Carolina, North Carolina, or Texas. We're looking for a data-savvy, experienced candidate with a strong Cerner CCL background with a track record of turning complex healthcare and operational data into meaningful insights that drive action. Our team supports critical areas across the organization, including Hospital Operations, Clinic Operations, HR, Revenue Cycle, Strategy, and other enterprise functions. We need someone who is not only technically strong, but also data savvy and fluent in healthcare workflows-especially Cerner data structures and operational reporting. What we're looking for:
  • Strong data engineering and CCL/SQL/Python skills
  • Experience working with Cerner / EHR healthcare data
  • Understanding of operational domains such as hospital, ambulatory, HR, and revenue cycle
  • Ability to design scalable pipelines, data models, and trusted datasets
