Primary Responsibilities:
Gather and prepare analysis based on information from internal and external sources to evaluate and demonstrate program effectiveness and efficiency, and problem solving Developing scalable reporting processes and querying data sources to conduct ad hoc analyses/detailed data profiling Research complex functional data/analytical issues, good troubleshooting skills Assume responsibility for data integrity among various internal groups and/or between internal and external sources Must be able to take end to end responsibility quickly solving data issues in production setting End‑to‑End Operational Ownership Run Monitoring & Issue Management Stakeholder Communication & Coordination Change and Release Readiness Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvement You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear directions on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree 3+ years of experience with SQL 2+ years of experience with Kafka, Databricks, Github, Airflow and Azure or other public cloud platforms 2 years of experience withMetrics & Operational Reporting Preferred Qualifications:
Stakeholder Communication & Coordination Good understanding of healthcare data Must have an aptitude for learning new data flows quickly and participate in data quality and automation discussions Must be willing to use AI tools and look for opportunities to use AI •All Telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
