DESCRIPTION

Demonstrate an understanding of Test Data Management related to data security, data masking, synthetic data creation and test data strategy planning. Build and develop best practices and developing capability within the Test Data Management Team. Review data needs and drive data solutioning decisions. Build data masking configurations in the data masking tools. Provide mentoring to Test Data Analysts as needed. Implement and support the data masking strategy and solutions, adhering to compliance regulations in non-production environments. Multi-task in an environment of changing priorities. Evaluate systems specifications regarding customer requirements, transform specifications into technically correct solutions. Interact with customers to achieve efficient, effective results by determining data delivery solution. Prioritize work and manage projects within established budget objectives and customer priorities. Establish and manage quality control and security protocols for test data. Provide the division, department and business area with timely and accurate information regarding the status and performance of the assigned data deliverables. Leverage technology to develop, redesign and/or implement optimal technology solutions. Build, leverage, and maintain effective alliances across technical and business community. Represent TDM team in program planning calls. Mentor teams to prepare data strategy. Use tools, such as Informatica knowledge on masking, expertise in any other industry TDM tools is acceptable (IBM Optum, Delphix). Collaborate with subject matter experts and data stewards to identify PII definitions, data strategies, policies, controls, and programs to ensure enterprise data is accurate, complete, secure, and reliable. Identify sensitive data elements and apply classifications per guidelines and policy definitions. Define data masking rules and implement procedures. Implement and manage Data Masking tools. Create new/updated data masking algorithms based on client requirements. Maintain referential integrity and relationships of the masked data.

Telecommuting:

Flex role (3 days in office / 2 days remote).

REQUIREMENTS

Position requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology, or in a related field and 4 years of experience as a Data Engineer, Software Engineer, Database Administrator, or in a related occupation. Must have employment experience with the following skills: 1. Test Data Management tools to create and mine test data; 2. Identify inefficiencies in the test data and optimizing processes; 3. SDLC processes, including strategizing and leading ideations, building consensus for delivery of new software solutions; 4. Application and data workflow orchestration on premises or cloud; and 5. TDM functions like data masking, data provisioning, sub setting, profiling, data mining, data handling, data management and synthetic data creation, APIs, or Macros.

RATE OF PAY
