Job Description

Data Engineer - AWS & Cloud Data Platforms We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-based data solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience building ETL/ELT pipelines, workflow orchestration, and supporting modern data platforms in a cloud environment.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop scalable data pipelines for batch and near real-time data processing. Build and maintain ETL workflows for data ingestion, transformation, and integration. Develop and manage workflow orchestration processes for data movement and automation. Create and optimize complex SQL queries for data validation, reporting, and analytics. Support cloud-based data lakes and data warehouse environments. Implement monitoring, logging, and performance optimization for data pipelines. Collaborate with analytics, reporting, and business teams to ensure data quality and availability. Participate in CI/CD and deployment automation activities.
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of Data Engineering experience. Strong experience with cloud data platforms (AWS preferred). Hands-on experience with ETL development using Python and/or Spark. Experience with workflow orchestration tools. Strong SQL skills and database performance tuning experience. Knowledge of data modeling, data lakes, and modern data architectures. Experience with monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting production data pipelines. Familiarity with source control and CI/CD processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools. Exposure to modern data warehouse technologies. Knowledge of event-driven architectures and streaming concepts. Experience with data governance and metadata management.
