The focus is on consolidating data from ERP, CRM, PSA, HR, payroll, project management, and financial systems into a centralized reporting and operational data platform. This role will design and build modern data architecture and pipelines, enabling consistent reporting, analytics, and future automation/AI capabilities. Strong experience with modern data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, or Databricks is preferred. Responsibilities Consolidate data across ERP, CRM, PSA, HR, payroll, and financial systems Design and implement modern data architecture and pipelines Build centralized reporting and analytics data models Support data governance, quality, and MDM Enable operational dashboards and multi-entity reporting Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions Support future automation and AI readiness Requirements 7+ years in data architecture or data engineering Experience with modern cloud data platforms (Fabric, Snowflake, or Databricks) Strong background in data integration, modeling, and ETL/ELT Experience working with disconnected enterprise systems Comfortable in fast-paced, hands-on environments
