Job Description
UPM Engineer Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly MDM batch jobs for data loading and synchronization, resolving data pipeline failures, and identifying issues.
- Troubleshoot and fix issues/incidents related to data, failed batch jobs, data loading errors, and user-reported bugs.
- Analysis (RCA) of recurring production incidents and implement permanent, proactive fixes to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and data stewards to understand data requirements and ensure alignment with data governance policies.
- Analyze large data sets to detect anomalies, data errors, and duplicates in the system. Prepare processes for data corrections in MDM.
- Monitor and maintain real-time and batch data interfaces between the MDM and its spoke systems using APIs, REST/SOAP services, SIF API, or
