Job Description

Join the world-class CCS100 Fusion Team as a Palantir Data Engineer. In this role, you will be instrumental in building high-consequence tools that optimize operational and investment decisions for a scalable, massive carbon capture system along the US Gulf Coast.
Responsibilities:
Ontology Architecture:
Rapidly master the product''s current data organization and map complex data models into clean Palantir Ontology representations.
Data Modeling & Optimization:
Provide proactive recommendations to improve data model performance, flexibility, and extensibility.
Pipeline Integration:
Build and maintain high-performance ingestion and export configurations between the Ontology and external data stores.
Data Transformations:
Write complex transformations and data validation routines natively within the Foundry platform using Python.
Requirements:
Required Skills:
Palantir Foundry Mastery:
Strong, hands-on experience building production data applications, with a heavy focus on data modeling and the Ontology Manager tool.
Strong Coding Skills:
Deep proficiency in Python for data processing, validation, and transformation pipelines.
Data Engineering DNA:
Multiple years of experience handling massive, data-heavy systems and building complex data pipelines.
Preferred Skills:
Nice-to-Haves:
Broader familiarity with other Foundry utilities like Workshop and Quiver is a massive plus.
Education:
A Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical enterprise project experience.
