12 Months This role focuses on building and maintaining data systems that support talent and HR analytics. The Data Engineer will design and optimize data pipelines, primarily using SQL tools like Snowflake and SQL Server, and create workflows in Alteryx to deliver reliable workforce insights. The position also involves developing dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to present clear, real-time data for business leaders. Working closely with analysts and stakeholders, this role ensures data is accurate, well-structured, and aligned with governance standards while helping translate business needs into effective data solutions. The ideal candidate has a technical degree and at least 5 years of experience in data engineering and analytics. Strong skills in SQL and Python are required, along with hands-on experience in ETL processes, Alteryx, and data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI. Experience with Power Automate, API integrations, and data modeling is also important. This person should be comfortable collaborating with leadership, automating workflows, improving system performance, and turning complex data into clear, actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
