Job Summary:
The Data Engineer, Microsoft Fabric develops and maintains data pipelines and integration layers that bring data from source systems into UVM Health's unified enterprise data model built on Microsoft Fabric. This role is responsible for the reliable, accurate, and well-documented movement of data from Epic Clarity/Caboodle and operational systems into the Fabric lakehouse environment, working within an agile development methodology and following team standards for pipeline documentation, testing, and quality assurance.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or related field required.
Experience:
  • 2-4 years of data engineering experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with SQL for data transformation and analysis.
  • Familiarity with Epic Clarity or Caboodle data structures preferred.
  • Experience working in agile product delivery preferred.
