Your role Lead the design, development and enhancement of robust data ingestion pipelines, partnering with technical product managers, analysts, engineering teams, and stakeholders to design, test, and deliver robust data pipelines into our analytics platforms. Guide the end-to-end lifecycle of dashboard and analytics product development. Architect scalable, reliable and secure data engineering solutions: Using Databricks, Spark, SQL and other cloud native tools to support enterprise reporting and advanced analytics needs. Serve as a technical leader for the team: Provide hands-on development support, code reviews, architectural guidance, and mentorship to analysts and engineers. Drive engineering best practices including CI/CD, automated testing, version control, monitoring and performance optimization across data pipelines and analytics applications. Skills and Experience

- 8+ years of professional industry experience with software development, with a strong track record of delivering scalable data solutions in enterprise environments.
- 5+ years of hands on experience with SQL, including complex query development, performance tuning and working with large datasets.
- 4+ years of experience building data pipelines using Spark, with strong understanding of distributed processing and optimization techniques.
- 3+ years of experience working in Databricks, including notebooks, delta Lake, job orchestration, cluster management, and CI/CD integration.
- Experience designing and supporting data ingestion frameworks (batch and/or streaming) from diverse source systems such as API's, files, databases, and event streams.
- Strong proficiency with BI and visualization tools, including Power BI and Tableau with the ability to guide dashboard development and enforce visualization best practices.
- Hands-on experience with workflow and project management tools, especially jira, for sprint planning, backlog management, and cross-team coordination.
- Experience with data quality, data validation, and metadata management practices, including implementing automated checks and monitoring.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
