4+ Role overview: The Analytics Engineer at Client partners closely with business teams to design and deliver data solutions that drive decision-making, including advanced Power BI dashboards, Power Apps, and Alteryx analytics applications. This role blends strong communication and relationship-building skills with technical expertise to gather requirements, translate them into actionable insights, and enable self-service analytics across the organization. It's a highly collaborative position focused on improving data quality, governance, and trust between business and IT.
Top Required Skills:
Strong ability to build complex dashboards, data models, and use DAX/Power Query for actionable insights Ability to gather requirements, translate business needs, and build trust between IT and business teams Solid experience with SQL, data warehousing, and transforming data from multiple sources. Experience building apps and analytics workflows that enable self-service data access Critical thinking skills to design scalable solutions and improve processes in financial services environments.
