This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who understands warehouse operations, fulfillment workflows, and the importance of accurate data in a fast-paced environment. The Operations Data Analyst will help review operational performance, identify trends, and support process improvements that keep daily activity moving efficiently. This position requires someone comfortable working with reports, dashboards, warehouse teams, and operational systems to help drive better decision-making across the facility.
The Day-to-Day:
Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities. Develop, maintain, and optimize daily and weekly reports for warehouse and fulfillment performance. Monitor key performance indicators, including productivity, backlog, SLA adherence, inventory accuracy, and workflow execution. Investigate data issues, operational errors, and reporting inconsistencies to determine the source of the problem. Perform root cause analysis and support corrective actions that improve accuracy, efficiency, and overall performance. Work directly with warehouse teams on the floor to support real-time decision-making and execution. Maintain data integrity across internal systems, especially within the Warehouse Management System. Assist with process improvement projects, workflow updates, and standard operating procedure development. Serve as a communication point between operations, reporting, and data-focused functions. Help standardize procedures that support consistency across fulfillment activity. Review large datasets and provide clear insights that support operational planning. Support leadership with accurate reporting, performance updates, and issue resolution. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience supporting high-volume fulfillment, warehouse, or distribution operations. Proven understanding of warehouse or fulfillment center workflows. Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems and how data moves through operational processes. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data manipulation, complex formulas, and working with large datasets. Experience with operational reporting, data analysis, and process improvement. Background in process management, SOP creation, or continuous improvement preferred. Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, or similar data tools is a plus. Ability to work cross-functionally with warehouse, operations, and leadership teams. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability. Experience in identifying root causes and helping implement corrective actions. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on operational environment.
Pay:
$20.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (or until done)
