You'll be: Collecting, validating, and organizing data related to payments and transfers of value to healthcare providers to ensure compliance with federal Sunshine Act reporting requirements Preparing and submitting timely and accurate Open Payments reports to CMS, in compliance with all applicable regulations and internal policies Performing quality checks on payment and transfer of value records to detect discrepancies or reporting errors Reconciling financial data using accounts payable, expense management platforms (Concur), and CRM databases Maintaining comprehensive documentation of data sources and validation procedures for audit readiness Generating regular reports and dashboards to track compliance metrics, deadlines, and status for internal stakeholders Collaborating with Legal, Finance, Commercial Operations, and Medical Affairs to gather data and facilitate reporting Responding to queries from healthcare professionals regarding reported payments and assisting with dispute resolution Monitoring and interpreting regulatory updates for transparency reporting from CMS and other jurisdictions Maintaining organized records and filing systems in alignment with document retention policies This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field Have at least 3 years of experience in data analytics, compliance, or a related function within healthcare or financial services Possess hands-on experience with Access Database Management, Advanced SQL, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft SQL Query Analyzer, Tableau, SAP, and Excel Are detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable reconciling data from multiple complex sources Can thrive in a team-oriented, deadline-driven environment with strong communication skills What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
