Qualifications Typing Full Job Description Overview:
Responsible for facilitation and maintenance of information related to Surgical Services department data in the areas of charge/revenue, passive tracking process, quality control and improvement, to maintain an acceptable level of accuracy and performance on assigned specific duties related to functionality. This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the mission of Anaheim Regional Medical Center and AHMC. It is expected that the employee demonstrate behavior consistent with the core values of Anaheim Regional Medical Center and AHMC. The employee shall support Anaheim Regional Medical Center's strategic plan and goals and direction of the performance improvement plan. The employee will also be expected to support all organizational expectations including, but not limited to; Customer Service, Patient's Rights, Confidentiality of Information, Environment of Care and AHMC initiatives.
Qualifications:
Education/Training/Experience Two to Three Year's previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred. Maintains acceptable job performance standards in assigned area. Excellent communication skills, clinical knowledge and computer efficiency. Typing 40 wpm required. Advanced computer skills. Ability to train and direct others in a collaborative manner, attention to detail and follow through of all assignments. Exhibits excellent customer service to staff, physicians and co-workers; shows courtesy, compassion and respect; conforms to the critical service standards established for the department and hospital.
