Job Description

Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will transform raw data into meaningful insights that drive strategic business decisions. You will partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance to analyze trends, build reports, and support data-driven initiatives. Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and actionable insights Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various data sources Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions Perform ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions and strategic initiatives Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvement Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems Work with data engineering teams to improve data pipelines and data quality Required Qualifications 4-7+ years of experience in Data Analysis / Business Intelligence / Analytics roles Strong proficiency in SQL and data querying Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.) Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling) Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python or R for data analysis Strong understanding of data structures, statistics, and analytical techniques Experience working with large datasets and data warehousing systems Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure) Familiarity with BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift Knowledge of A/B testing, experimentation, and statistical analysis Experience in financial, SaaS, or consumer product analytics Exposure to ETL processes and data pipelines Soft Skills Strong communication and storytelling skills with data Ability to work with cross-functional and remote teams Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy Self-driven and proactive mindset
