The Senior ERM Data Analytics & Reporting Analyst will be responsible for the following duties: Design, develop, and enhance risk reporting and analysis capabilities to support the Bank's second line of defense (2LOD) risk monitoring functions; Design, implement, and maintain intuitive dashboards that deliver valuable insights for enabling data-driven decision making and automation of processes; Query internal data repositories and integrate data from multiple business units to create meaningful reporting intelligence; Analyze enterprise risk trends through quantitative and qualitative methods and communicate insights in the form of written reports, visualizations, and risk performance metrics; Analyze enterprise risk trends through quantitative and qualitative methods and communicate insights in the form of written reports, visualizations, and risk performance metrics; Lead efforts involving analysis and reporting of risk profile, control performance, and benchmark process performance against Key Risk Indicators and Risk Appetite Metrics, highlighting any exceptions or areas of concern; Collaborate with Bank's first line of defense (1LOD) team to support the target operating model of risk reporting and analytics; Identify potential data quality issues and actively contribute to data governance and risk infrastructure improvements across departments; Conduct benchmarking analysis on control effectiveness, report on existing and emerging areas of risk, implications of risk appetite and tolerance, and the ability of the risk management and control infrastructure to support process improvement and regulatory compliance efforts; Collaborate closely with cross-department risk partners, provide reports to senior management and the Board for decision-making and strategic planning. 
Minimum Requirements:
Master's degree in Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field; Two years of experience in data analytics and risk reporting in a commercial banking environment; Strong skills in statistical analytics, data modeling & visualization, and risk reporting; Proficiency in Tableau and SQL; Knowledge of regulatory reporting and stress testing methodologies; Deep understanding of derivative products, market risk, and credit risk. 1. 1.
