• $46/hr We have an immediate need for a Data Analyst based in Sunnyvale, CA (94085), working onsite to drive advanced analytics, data governance, and AI-enabled insights in a retail or consumer-focused environment.

In this role, you will work at the intersection of data science, analytics, and governance to deliver high-quality, trusted data insights. You will perform exploratory data analysis, build analytical models, and support experiment design using Python and SQL, while also contributing to data pipeline development using tools like Airflow, dbt, or Spark. The role involves working with modern AI capabilities, including building or supporting LLM-powered applications and AI agents, leveraging frameworks such as LangGraph. You will also support knowledge graph initiatives using technologies like Neo4j, ensuring data lineage, quality, and governance standards are maintained across systems. Additionally, you will collaborate with business stakeholders to translate analytical findings into actionable insights and ensure data is well understood and effectively utilized. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in SQL and Python, with hands-on experience in libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, or statsmodels. Experience in data science, analytics, or data engineering with exposure to retail or consumer goods environments is essential. Familiarity with causal inference, experimentation, and building data pipelines is required. Candidates should also have experience with data governance practices including data quality and metadata management. Exposure to AI/LLM-based applications, multi-agent frameworks, graph technologies, and cloud platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks will be an added advantage. Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders are critical.
