Data/Query Analyst

We're looking for a Data / Query Analyst who can explore data, uncover insights, and help teams understand what's really happening across customer behavior, sales performance, and operations. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to turn data into clear, actionable insights that improve decision-making and business performance. Responsibilities Analyze sales, customer, and operational data to identify trends and patterns Write and run queries to extract and organize data from internal systems Build simple, clear reports and dashboards for teams Support teams in answering business questions using data Identify issues, opportunities, and improvements through data analysis Help improve how data is collected, structured, and used across the company Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to support decision-making Participate in team meetings and discussions to stay aligned on business goals Qualifications Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Comfortable working with data and numbers Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting Good communication skills, able to explain findings clearly Curious and proactive in figuring out problems Experience with Excel or Google Sheets (required)
