Position Overview
CFL USA LLC
is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Data & Cost Control Analyst to support production operations through comprehensive tracking and supervision of material usage and consumption across all manufacturing processes. This position plays a critical role in identifying variances, ensuring data accuracy, supporting cost control initiatives, and driving corrective actions in collaboration with the Data Center and Finance Department. Key Responsibilities Monitor, track, and supervise material usage and consumption data for each production process Analyze material consumption trends and identify abnormalities, inefficiencies, or deviations from expected standards Promptly report identified issues, issue corrective action requirements, and ensure timely follow-up implementation Collaborate closely with the Data Center to validate production reporting accuracy and improve data transparency Coordinate with the Finance Department to align operational consumption data with cost control and financial reporting needs Support management decision-making by providing reliable production metrics and actionable insights Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing material efficiency and operational performance
Requirements:
Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Associate degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Finance, or a related field 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, production data analysis, material control, or cost-related operational roles Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and production-related data tracking Basic financial knowledge, particularly in cost management or material accounting, is strongly preferred Strong analytical skills with high sensitivity to numerical data and operational metrics Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across departments Proven ability to manage follow-up actions and ensure corrective measures are successfully executed Preferred Qualifications Experience working with ERP systems, production reporting platforms, or data visualization tools A combination of production operations knowledge and financial cost awareness Demonstrated ability to drive improvements in material efficiency and cost performance Why Join
