Senior Data Analyst- Data Visualization

Job Summary Seeking a Senior Data Analyst - Data Visualization to design and deliver scalable, interactive, and business-focused dashboard solutions that modernize enterprise reporting environments. This role combines advanced data visualization expertise, backend data engineering knowledge, and strong stakeholder engagement skills to transform fragmented reporting and manual spreadsheet processes into centralized, automated analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with Power BI, SQL, Snowflake, data modeling, and dashboard strategy within enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting solutions using Microsoft Power BI Create intuitive visualizations and dashboards that support business decision-making and effective data storytelling Replace fragmented reports, spreadsheets, and manual reporting processes with scalable dashboard solutions Develop user-friendly reporting interfaces that support operational data management and reporting workflows Improve reporting consistency, usability, and clarity across large-scale dashboard environments Work closely with backend data systems to ensure reporting solutions are built on accurate and scalable data sources Develop and maintain integrations with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems Support data ingestion, transformation, automation, and storage processes Build scripting and automation solutions to reduce manual reporting efforts Collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams to improve data architecture and governance Validate data sources and ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and reliability Identify gaps and inefficiencies within current reporting and data structures Establish and support reporting standards, dashboard best practices, and governance processes Partner with business leaders, project managers, analysts, and technical teams to understand reporting requirements Translate technical concepts and reporting insights into practical business recommendations Lead discussions related to dashboard strategy, usability, and process improvements Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in data analytics and data visualization Advanced experience with Microsoft Power BI Advanced SQL skills and experience with scripting and automation Strong experience with Snowflake or similar enterprise data platforms Experience with API integrations and backend data systems Strong understanding of data modeling, data validation, and reporting architecture Experience building automated reporting solutions and data workflows Experience working with data lakes and enterprise data platforms Strong dashboard design skills with focus on user experience and storytelling Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills Ability to explain technical concepts in a business-focused and practical manner Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams Preferred Qualifications Experience with Tableau and/or Grafana Experience with Python or other scripting languages Knowledge of data governance frameworks Familiarity with identity and access management concepts Experience modernizing enterprise reporting environments Experience reducing manual reporting and spreadsheet-driven processes Familiarity with AI-enabled analytics or automation tools Experience working within enterprise transformation or fast-paced environments
