Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Quality Analyst to ensure clinical and billing accuracy within a major Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

Onsite Required Interview Process:
In-Person Only The Role at a Glance This isn't just about managing a database-it's about Data Forensics . You will be the "detective" responsible for finding and fixing discrepancies in clinical workflows, ensuring that every patient visit is accurately recorded and billable.
Key Responsibilities SQL Auditing:
Run advanced queries to identify front-desk entry errors and insurance relationship mismatches.
Clinical Data Integrity:
Validate that service records include correct E/M codes, lab visits, and vaccination fees.
Process Documentation:
Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for data entry across various clinical programs.
Record Cleanup:
Identify and merge duplicate patient records to maintain a "single source of truth."
Core Requirements Technical:
Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and report generation.
EHR Experience:
Minimum 2 years working with EHR systems (experience with MyInsight by Netsmart is a significant plus).
Healthcare Knowledge:
Familiarity with ICD/CPT coding , E/M documentation, and billing requirements (Medicaid/Medicare).
Education:
Degree in Health Information Tech, Computer Science, or Healthcare Administration.
