Job Description:
We are seeking a Workforce Data Analytics Integrator to support an Army National Guard customer. The position is responsible for developing and maintaining data analytics products that support workforce planning, manpower management, human resources analytics, and workforce-related financial analytics initiatives. Candidates with experience supporting Army, Army National Guard, or Department of War organizations and working with personnel, manpower, and financial data systems are highly encouraged to apply. Description of Duties The Workforce Data Analytics Integrator will support the development, integration, and maintenance of workforce and financial analytics products used to support leadership decision-making. Designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reporting tools. Integrating and analyzing personnel, manpower, and financial data from multiple source systems. Developing workforce planning, vacancy tracking, and forecasting products. Creating automated reports and executive-level dashboards. Monitoring workforce trends, staffing actions, promotions, retirements, and attrition. Supporting manpower and budget analysis through data visualization and predictive analytics. Validating data accuracy and maintaining reporting integrity across multiple systems. Providing analytical recommendations and reporting support to government stakeholders. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. 3+ years of experience supporting data analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or related functions involving personnel, workforce, financial, or operational data. Experience developing Power BI dashboards, reports, or data visualization solutions. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting Army, Army National Guard, or Department of War organizations. Experience with one or more of the following:
  • General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS)
  • Full-Time Support Management Control System (FTSMCS)
  • Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS)
  • Other federal personnel, manpower, or financial management systems Experience with workforce analytics, manpower analysis, or human resources analytics.
