Position Overview As a Data Analyst at Union One, you will play a key role in turning data into meaningful insights that drive strategic business decisions. As a Data Analyst at Union One, you will transform complex data into actionable insights that support business strategy, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making. Working closely with stakeholders across the organization, you'll help identify trends, improve reporting processes, and support data-driven initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality. Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports. Design and construct SQL queries for data analysis and access. Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets. Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to enhance data collection procedures. Drive the design and implementation of new data analysis projects. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Information Management, or a related field 1+ year of experience with SQL 1+ year of experience with Python and Pandas 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Excel Experience working with relational databases and large datasets Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with Power BI or Tableau Experience creating process documentation Experience in insurance, benefits administration, or financial services Work Authorization The Company does not currently sponsor employment visas.
