Job Description

Position Overview:
Responsible for understanding company data and advanced use of Business Intelligence (BI) tools to create, refine and publish reports, visualizations and dashboards. Acts as a liaison between users, developers and other data centric positions. Supports and maintains data warehouses and analytical environments.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for BI tools and Reporting Collaborate with technical teams on specifications and modifications Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations Provide input on the prioritization of Data Engineering projects Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources Clean and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and consistency Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve data quality issues and discrepancies Partner with business units to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics Support data analysis, data mining, and analytical environments Provide end‑user training and support on reports, dashboards and BI tools Manage user access and permissions for dashboards and reporting Monitor industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience Experience with BI software (Tableau, Apache Superset, Power BI) Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (SQL, Python, R, etc.) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical, problem ‑ solving, and team collaboration skills Continuous improvement mindset Comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels Knowledge of Machine Learning and Statistical Models is a plus Physical/Mental Requirements Needed to Perform the Essential Functions of the
