Job Description

Data Analyst Job Description Overview Schedule:
Monday- Friday; hours are flexible
Location:
This position offers hybrid flexibility, if desired. You will be required to go onsite at Bloomington Hospital 1 day per week
Responsibilities:
Provides data analysis and database management support to programs and initiatives. Serves as a resource person to all levels of management in reviewing, understanding, and analyzing data for performance improvement initiatives. Provides data analysis support, report generation, data validation, and serves as an expert user, providing training for additional system users.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent work experience. Requires knowledge of computer applications such as MS Excel, MS Access. Clinical and/or healthcare experience preferred.
