Job Description
The University of Evansville invites applications for a Data Analyst at its main campus located in Evansville, Indiana. The Data Analyst supports the Office of Institutional Effectiveness in analyzing and communicating data findings through reports, visualizations, and dashboards. Duties include preparing interpretive analyses and presenting findings using Access and Excel, statistical applications (such as R), and SQL-based extraction tools such as Power BI, Rapid Insight, and/or Tableau. Also, data collection and reporting for external agencies, including but ICHE, IPEDS, National Student Clearinghouse, HLC, Common Data Set, CUPA-HR, and AAUP. This position requires a bachelor's degree in data science, analytics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, quantitative social science, or another analytics-intensive field.
