WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The Quality Coordinator Co-op will support the Quality department by assisting with quality systems, data management, and reporting processes related to part scans, specifications, and testing results. This role will help with system configuration, data validation, and maintain alignment with Quality Management System (QMS) standards, while supporting daily quality operations through accurate data collection and organization. The co-op will also assist in developing Power BI dashboards and automated reports by preparing and validating data, as well as supporting documentation, training materials, and continuous improvement initiatives. This position provides hands-on experience in manufacturing quality systems and data-driven decision making while working across cross-functional teams. |

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

Quality Systems Support Assist with configuration, testing, and data validation for IntellaQuest modules (PRRQuest and InspectQuest). Support master data entry, audits, and alignment with QMS documentation. Participate in system pilots, issue tracking, and post-go‑live stabilization activities. Help monitor system performance and flag data or workflow issues. Training & Documentation Support Assist in developing and formatting SOPs, work instructions, job aids, and training materials. Help maintain the centralized quality documentation repository. Support training sessions by preparing materials, tracking attendance, and documenting feedback. Quality KPI & Daily Execution Support Support daily updates to Quality KPI Boards and dashboards. Collect, verify, and organize quality data from cross‑functional teams. Assist with preparation for daily quality stand‑ups and performance reviews. Help document action items and follow‑ups from quality meetings. Data Automation & Reporting Assistance Assist with data preparation and validation for Power BI dashboards. Help test automated reports and confirm data accuracy after refresh cycles. Support documentation of data sources, logic, and governance standards. Continuous Improvement & Project Support Support small continuous improvement initiatives and quality projects. Perform basic root cause analysis support (data gathering, charting, summaries). Assist with cross‑functional coordination for quality-related activities. |

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Education Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program. Skills Strong attention to detail and organization skills. Moderate proficiency with Excel (filters, formulas, charts, tables). Basic proficiency in PowerPoint (reporting, presenting) Ability to follow structured processes and document work clearly. Good communication skills and willingness to learn. Preferred Skills Exposure to manufacturing or quality systems (coursework or prior experience). Familiarity with Power BI, databases, or reporting tools (academic or internship). Interest in quality management systems and continuous improvement concepts. Interest in developing tools within the Microsoft Power platform |
