The position is subject to a contract award.

Key Responsibilities include:

Support for data entry and records management Maintaining records management tracking spreadsheets Tracking field site visits and observation forms Organizing program staff documentation and developing standard operating procedures Supporting the development and finalization of programmatic documents Taking notes during staff calls and formatting them Tracking staff assignments and document development schedules Supporting document drafting, formatting, and presentations Providing bi-weekly status reports Meeting bi-weekly with the agency's

Director of Ecosystem Restoration Programs Minimum Qualifications Required:

BS/BA in data or information management, business administration, data science, or a similar field Experience with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) Experience with Google Suite applications (Google Docs, Sheets, Presentations) Experience organizing and managing data and working with computer-generated reports Strong oral and written communication skills Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work independently Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment ______________________________________________________________________________ Clason Point Partners Inc.
