About Us RTK Tickets is a dynamic and rapidly expanding company at the intersection of entertainment, technology, and trading. From buzzer-beaters and sold-out stadiums to front-row concerts, we provide a comprehensive platform for buying, selling, and optimizing access to live events - and increasingly, other high-demand assets. We're a fast-moving, data-driven brokerage redefining how markets are priced, traded, and optimized across entertainment and emerging asset classes. What began as a two-person idea has evolved into a 20-person team built on passion, precision, and performance. Now, we're looking for a Data Analyst to help us build and scale the data infrastructure and predictive models that power how we buy and sell tickets. If you're excited by real-time markets, complex datasets, and turning raw data into measurable outcomes, you could be a great fit for our team. What You'll Do As a Data Analyst at RTK Tickets, you'll own the systems and models that drive our pricing decisions. You'll design and maintain data pipelines that ingest market data from dozens of sources, build predictive models that forecast demand, and work closely with our risk and operations teams to turn insights into actions. You'll have end-to-end ownership; from raw data ingestion to production-ready models. Your work will directly influence how we price, buy, and sell across thousands of live events. Your Day-to-Day Design, build, and maintain data pipelines that ingest and process transaction and listing data from external marketplaces Develop and refine predictive models that forecast demand, identify pricing inefficiencies, and optimize offers Implement data quality frameworks and monitoring systems to ensure fresh, accurate, and reliable data Build and manage data warehouse pipelines and modeling (ETL/ELT) for large-scale datasets Collaborate with the risk and operations teams to translate model outputs into actionable decisions Partner with engineers to integrate pipelines with CI/CD processes and automate data workflows Present your findings clearly to both technical and non-technical teammatesWhat You Bring Required:
1-3 years of experience in data science, data engineering, or a closely related analytical role Strong Proficiency in Python - including experience with data processing libraries Solid SQL skills for data analysis, transformation, and pipeline work Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment where you take ownership and adapt quickly Clear communication skills - able to explain complex ideas simply and confidently Excitement about AI, automation, and cutting-edge technology Nice toHave:

Candidates will walk through their solution with the team before final interviews with the hiring manager and senior leadership.
