Job Description
Drive Quality. Deliver Reliability. Discover your career at Asahi/America. What's The Job? At Asahi/America, we rely on accurate, reliable data to power sales, operations, and customer experience. We're looking for a Data Analyst who can take ownership of data quality, improve system integrity, and turn information into actionable insights. This is not just a reporting role — this is an opportunity to build structure, improve processes, and directly impact business performance. The Data Analyst is responsible for maintaining accurate, clean, and reliable data across core business systems, with a strong focus on Salesforce CRM. This role ensures data integrity, identifies inconsistencies, and implements processes that improve data quality, reporting accuracy, and decision-making. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations to support business performance through standardized data practices and meaningful insights. What You Will Own. In this role, you will take ownership of data accuracy and integrity across Salesforce and other business systems, ensuring consistency, reliability, and usability of critical business data. You will identify and resolve discrepancies, duplicates, and inconsistencies while establishing and enforcing data governance standards and validation rules. You will support Salesforce optimization by building and maintaining dashboards, reports, and workflows that improve visibility and system adoption. You will partner with cross-functional teams to improve data entry processes, streamline workflows, and enhance overall system performance. You will develop and deliver reporting on sales performance, trends, and key metrics, translating raw data into actionable insights that support decision-making. You will also serve as a key resource for data-related questions, training users on best practices while continuously identifying opportunities to improve data quality and operational efficiency. What Separates You From The Rest. You bring a strong analytical mindset with a high level of attention to detail, supported by a bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field — or equivalent experience. With at least three years of experience in data analysis, sales operations, or a similar role, you are comfortable working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and ERP platforms. You have advanced Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables, and experience translating data into meaningful insights. You understand data governance, validation, and quality best practices, and you are confident communicating findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities while continuously looking for ways to improve processes and data accuracy. Why You'll Love Working Here. Industry-leading thermoplastic brand with decades of market credibility. Direct visibility and influence across sales, engineering, and manufacturing.
