Role:

As a Data Analyst, you will: Manage and analyze benefits eligibility and enrollment data files. Work directly with Plan Sponsors and third-party vendors to ensure data accuracy. Configure, test, and troubleshoot carrier data feeds. Collaborate with internal teams to meet client requirements. Provide technical support for benefits data file issues.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field. Knowledge of carrier file formats (ANSI 834, LIMRA LDEx, CSV, API-based transmissions). Strong

SQL & ETL

skills for data extraction and transformation. Experience working with third-party vendors, insurance carriers, or financial institutions. Familiarity with security and compliance standards (HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2, etc.). Ability to document and present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
