Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects and enhance your skills in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities Support daily supply chain operations by managing supplier relationships and procurement processes. Utilize Excel to analyze data, create reports, and track supplier performance metrics. Assist in the preparation of purchase requisitions and maintain procurement records. Conduct research on potential suppliers and compile relevant industry benchmarks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and coordination with suppliers. Participate in the documentation of standard operating procedures and assist in supplier onboarding activities. Skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related discipline. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools. Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail. Effective communication skills to interact with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous learning and improvement. Preferred Skills Experience with ERP systems and data management software. Familiarity with SQL and advanced data modeling techniques. Background in procurement or supply chain management. Knowledge of industry standards and trends related to commodities.
