POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, on-site Data Analysis & Research Assistant to support operational research, property evaluations, manufacturing feasibility studies, and structured data tasks. This role is ideal for a student or early-career candidate who enjoys organized work, clear instructions, and real-world problem-solving.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct structured online research on equipment, manufacturing processes, and facility requirements Perform property lookups (GIS, zoning, wetlands, utilities, easements, etc.) Benchmark vendors, tools, and technical options Organize findings into clean summaries, tables, or checklists Assist with operational data entry and verification Support evidence-based planning for manufacturing expansion Maintain organized, accurate records of all data collected and keep track of research findings in a clear, systematic way Follow clear workflows and maintain accuracy under time constraints

REQUIREMENTS

Strong attention to detail Ability to follow structured instructions Comfortable with online research and verifying information Reliable, punctual, and able to work on-site Clear communication and willingness to ask questions
