To Apply for this Job Click Here Performance Reporting Analyst - Hybrid / Waltham, MA Our client, a financial services organization, is seeking a Performance Reporting Analyst to support portfolio reporting and data-related functions. This role focuses on reviewing investment performance data, supporting internal stakeholders, and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of reporting outputs in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Review and analyze performance data at the account and group level Monitor reporting data for accuracy and reasonableness Support internal teams with performance-related questions and reporting requests Assist with reconciliations and investigation of data discrepancies Maintain reporting standards and support compliance-related requirements Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and workflows Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data and reporting issues Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 3+ years of experience in fund performance reporting GIPS experience preferred Experience with SQL or similar tools preferred
