We are seeking a dedicated Product Data Entry / Analyst to support our inventory management and data organization efforts. This paid position involves maintaining accurate product information across various databases and systems, ensuring seamless order processing, and supporting overall operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with office technology to help us deliver excellent service and streamline data workflows. Enter and update product information accurately within databases, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) /POS systems, and inventory management platforms Maintain organized records of product details, including descriptions, specifications, pricing, and categorization Support order entry processes by verifying data accuracy and processing transactions efficiently Assist with data collection tasks related to inventory levels, sales trends, and supplier information Utilize Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, perform basic data analysis, and generate reports for management review Conduct routine data audits to identify discrepancies or outdated information and correct errors promptly Support clerical tasks such as filing digital records, transcribing data from various sources, and maintaining filing systems for easy retrieval Proficiency with databases and ERP systems used for inventory and order management Strong computer skills with expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables) Google Workspace Products Excellent data entry skills with high typing accuracy and speed Experience with transcription, filing, and organizing large volumes of data Knowledge of basic math for verifying quantities, prices, and calculations during data entry Prior clerical or administrative experience in office settings preferred Familiarity with order entry procedures and office software tools to support efficient workflow Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure data integrity This role offers an engaging opportunity for individuals eager to develop their skills in data management within a dynamic retail environment.
