Job Description
Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Business Data Analyst to join their team. As a Business Data Analyst, you will be part of the Technology organization supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

40-45/hr depending on years of experience What's the Job? Define and translate business needs for new and enhanced products, services, or optimized business processes. Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle to ensure business requirements, including detailed data requirements, are understood, documented, and met. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, interpret, and leverage data to improve business processes. Support migration of legacy systems to cloud-based solutions, ensuring seamless transition and integration. Formulate and implement effective test strategies to validate solutions and ensure quality standards are met. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, applications, and platforms. Experience with gathering, documenting, and analyzing system specifications, testing concepts, and SDLC processes (Agile Scrum, Waterfall). Proficiency with data analysis tools and software, including SQL, Informatica PowerCenter, Autosys, and cloud platforms like Snowflake and S3. What's in it for me?
