Back Technical Data Analytics & Reporting Developer#2017286 Auburn Hills, Michigan, United StatesApply X Facebook LinkedIn Email Copy Job Description In this role, this individual will develop and maintain Technical Qlik reporting and Power BI dashboards for North America. They will also be responsible to develop and maintain Technical Training reports and dashboards for Performance Institute and dealership personnel in Cornerstone (LMS).This individual will learn and support all aspects of Technical Training data for all Stellantis brands. This role is within a highly visible department at Stellantis, which works very closely with Technical Training and Performance Institute management and staff on all strategic aspects of the business.

Dealership and network planning and performance monitoringConduct regular market performance and industry analysis to identify trends, providing recommendations and enhancements to maximize Technical Training performanceSupport dealer network strategy by conducting business center/market analysis to promote the implementation of the optimal dealer network plan with potential for ownership of all planning, strategy and support of a given region(s)Ad-hoc Analysis, Process Design and Network Study supportWork extensively with all business units and to form alliances and ensure Market Representation tools and process are current at all timesManage performance benchmarks and provide clear directional measurement to all stakeholders as requiredInvestigate opportunities to improve performance in assigned markets while leading the strategy development and communication of the action planSupport ad-hoc analysis requests from within Technical Training and Performance Institute as well as other business unitsQuality control of all reporting metricsDevelop and maintain market representation tools Location(s) 2367 Walton Blvd., Auburn Hills, Michigan 48326,
United States Requirements Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in one of the following disciplines: Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Data Analytics, GIS2 years of automotive experienceHigh level of professionalism: self-directed, motivated, and innovative with a can-do attitude willing to jump on projects outside of the normal scope of the job descriptionStrong organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills to meet deadlines Demonstrates analytical and problem solving skillsExcellent presentation, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skillsStrong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Employment Type Full-time Stellantis At Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit, and business needs.
