1543 Roles & Responsibilities Work directly with the business units and define requirements, architect the solution, and develops data extracts and reports ing analytics, methods, and processes. Responsible for designing different data modules like Candidate Console, Employer Console, and Admin Console from the specifications developed during analysis. Design the interfaces to extract the Applicant Tracking System data from the backend data mart. Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data Design the interfaces to extract the data from third-party vendors and load it into the Candidate database. Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings Define, develop, and standardize data sets, process flows, and algorithms Work with internal team members and external vendors to continually enhance our data warehouse capabilities Work with internal team members and external vendors to access streaming pipelines for data acquisition Identify ways to improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Senior Data Analyst Preferred Experience Work directly with the business units and define requirements, architect the solution, and develops data extracts and reports ing analytics, methods, and processes.
